Recently we renovated our basement to two-unit dwelling with Quick and Perfect for legal second unit. They provided best quote and kept it documented with the work that is agreed as per quote. Initially planned separate entrance from backyard. But asked to check the possibility of side entrance for better privacy. They contacted architect and proposed below grade side entrance through the committee of adjustment and got the approval from city and had side entrance. Frequent inspections from city were arranged to avoid rework and delays.
